You may return an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

• Please call us at 1-800-549-9206 ext. 1 on Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm Mountain Standard Time to request a return authorization. Or, contact us and we will respond to all emails within 1 business day.
• All returned items should be shipped to our warehouse located at: Emma Marcelle Home, 301 East Main Street Suite 28, Buena Vista, CO 81211. 
• Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility (our free shipping is a one-way offer).
• A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipment refusals will be treated as a return and are subject to return shipping and restocking fees.

Please be advised that MATTRESSES are NOT RETURNABLE or REFUNDABLE.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, it may not fall under our standard return policy. We are happy to arrange a prompt replacement or get a part to you as soon as possible. Although we make every effort to provide high quality images and descriptions of our products, we are not responsible for image color/appearance variations due to monitor settings or slight measurement discrepancies. All return requests due to color, appearance variations or slight dimension variations are subset to our standard 30-Day Return Policy.

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. DO NOT ASSEMBLE OR MODIFY THE PRODUCT IN ANY WAY AS DOING SO WILL VOID REFUND.
